Check compatibility

Check that your mobile device supports eSIM. You can follow the simple guide below to check.

STEP 2

Purchase your eSIM

Before purchasing please check if your device is eSIM compatible. We currently have an eSIM special: Get your eSIM + R10 Airtime and 300MB for R20. Purchase 1 or multiple eSIMs.

STEP 3

RICA on WhatsApp

Easily activate & RICA your eSIM over WhatsApp. Send the word “RICA” to 063 901 0001 over WhatsApp to get started. Only need your ID/Passport.

STEP 4

Activate your eSIM

Once RICA is completed, then you simply scan your QR code and your eSIM will activate on your phone automatically.
